In ‘The Forrester WaveTM: Loyalty Technology Solutions, Q1 2023’ research, Capillary Technologies, a SaaS platform for customer loyalty, was designated a Leader. On thirteen of the twenty-eight criteria reviewed by Forrester, Capillary’s Loyalty+ scored a perfect score of five out of five.
According to the research produced by Mary Pilecki and Cole Walsh, companies continue to invest in loyalty programs and loyalty technology solutions to help them engage and retain consumers, who are cutting down on spending and searching for more offers in reaction to increased pricing. And according to Forrester’s Marketing Study, 2023, “53% of B2C marketing decision-makers aim to boost spending on loyalty technologies in 2023, and economic instability and scrutiny of marketing budgets have refocused marketers’ attention on the profitability of their loyalty initiatives.”
The research identifies Capillary as a market leader, stating, “Capillary Technologies leads with its solid technological capabilities and AI-powered nudges.” Capillary Technologies provides a commerce solution, a customer data platform (CDP), and a loyalty platform.
