An independent research firm names Capillary a loyalty technology solutions leader. 2023

In ‘The Forrester WaveTM: Loyalty Technology Solutions, Q1 2023’ research, Capillary Technologies, a SaaS platform for customer loyalty, was designated a Leader. On thirteen of the twenty-eight criteria reviewed by Forrester, Capillary’s Loyalty+ scored a perfect score of five out of five.

According to the research produced by Mary Pilecki and Cole Walsh, companies continue to invest in loyalty programs and loyalty technology solutions to help them engage and retain consumers, who are cutting down on spending and searching for more offers in reaction to increased pricing. And according to Forrester’s Marketing Study, 2023, “53% of B2C marketing decision-makers aim to boost spending on loyalty technologies in 2023, and economic instability and scrutiny of marketing budgets have refocused marketers’ attention on the profitability of their loyalty initiatives.”

The research identifies Capillary as a market leader, stating, “Capillary Technologies leads with its solid technological capabilities and AI-powered nudges.” Capillary Technologies provides a commerce solution, a customer data platform (CDP), and a loyalty platform. In 2021, it acquired Persuade, a customer experience (CX) technology business, to enhance its loyalty reach. Since then, Capillary has improved its Loyalty+ service for clients in APAC, EMEA, and North America.”

Capillary was determined to be one of just three leaders in a Wave study in which twelve of the most prominent suppliers were reviewed. “This Forrester citation firmly positions Capillary as a global leader in the loyalty solutions market, according to us. Since more than a decade ago, we have assisted hundreds of major businesses in realizing the potential of technology in creating highly effective loyalty programs to accomplish their targeted business goals. The rating as a leader in the Forrester Wave is, in our opinion, a confirmation of the hard effort the team has put in over the years to assist brand marketers in achieving amazing outcomes and, as a consequence, customer loyalty,” says Sameer Garde, CEO of Capillary Technologies.

The survey continues: “Due to extensive functionality and a flexible data model, Loyalty+ surpasses the majority of its competitors in this set. It excels in loyalty programme administration, marketing, and the creation of actionable insights from consumer and corporate data. And the ‘nudges’ element of the platform utilizes AI/ML to provide marketers with prescriptive guidance on anything from program optimization to campaign management.”
